Description:Albany had two speedways running at the same time on opposite sides of town, Albany Speedway and Suicide Circle, but very little on what happened was ever written, even when the National Stock Car Racing Association came to town with their modifieds. For the past couple of years, the abrasive surface had to have its seams sealed to preserve the integrity of the track, though for the last few dirt was coming up from the track. During the afternoon session, you will build on the skills you have learned during the morning session to increase your speeds and track handling.
